In general, there are three mailing service types. Direct Mail (EDDM), First Class, and Bulk Mail. Each has their own pros and cons. Below is a list to assist you in determining which option is best for your mailing project.

EDDM Mail

This is the simplest and most cost-effective way to send mail because you don’t need a mailing list. It’s perfect for targeting specific areas for marketing. Just choose the local route you want to reach, which may includes both businesses and residences. Your mail will be delivered to everyone on that route. You can use the USPS MAPPING TOOL to select your desired route. We only deliver EDDM Mail to local post offices in Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, Menifee, and Hemet.

The postage rate is $0.26 per piece. Your postage cost is the same for all sizes. Increasing your sizes will increase your printing cost.

First Class Mail

There is nothing more personal than getting a mail piece with an actual postage stamp. We recommend using stamps for small mailing lists of 300 or less and for more personal printed pieces. We just need your mail list and can even place the stamps on the mail pieces for you.

First Class Mail Sizes and Postage Rates

Small Postcard: 5 x 3.5 inches minimum to 6 x 4.25 inches maximum. The Postage Rate is $0.65 each.
Large Postcard / Letter: 5 x 3.5 inches minimum to 11.5 by 6.125 inches maximum. The Postage Rate is $0.82 each
Flat: 11.5 x 6.125 inches minimum by 15 x 12 inches maximum. The Postage Rate starts at $1.69 first oz. ($0.29 each additional oz.)

Bulk Mail and Non profit

Is a great alternative when having a large mail list and getting the best discounts available. We just need your mail list, and we can handle the rest.

Bulk Mail Sizes and Postage Rates

Small Postcard: 5 x 3.5 inches minimum to 6 x 4.25 inches maximum. Postage Rates start at $0.45 to $0.50 plus mailing services.
Large Postcard / Letter: 5 x 3.5 inches minimum to 11.5 by 6.125 inches maximum. Postage Rates start at $0.45 to $0.50 plus mailing services.
Flat: 11.5 x 6.125 inches minimum by 15 x 12 inches maximum. Postage Rates start at $0.78 to $1.26 plus mailing services.

Non Profit Mail Sizes and Postage Rates

Small Postcard: 5 x 3.5 inches minimum to 6 x 4.25 inches maximum. Postage Rates start at $0.19 to $0.27 plus mailing services.
Large Postcard / Letter: 5 x 3.5 inches minimum to 11.5 by 6.125 inches maximum. Postage Rates start at $0.19 to $0.27 plus mailing services.
Flat: 11.5 x 6.125 inches minimum by 15 x 12 inches maximum. Postage Rates start at $0.52 to $0.99 plus mailing services.

Mailing Service Charges for Bulk and Non Profit

Price range will be based on your mailing size.
Service Rates Range from $0.06 to $0.10 for Mailing Services.
This includes addressing your mail piece, checking for incorrect mailing addresses and duplicates in your list. The price also includes delivery to the post office.
